We partnered with Game Enterprise to define its vision at both the enterprise and product levels, crafting an operating model that unlocked the full creative potential of its teams. Over half of the workforce saw their roles redefined, with clearer accountability and a focus on maintaining employee trust. This empowered the company to launch multiple cross-enterprise experiences and significantly increase its product output.
Our AI-based Navigator tool played a key role in assessing Game Co’s organizational design, helping priorities change for greater simplicity, collaboration, and product focus. The company reorganized into five operating groups, allowing it to create a consistent player experience, scale globally, and streamline delivery. This shift also clarified accountabilities across regions, enabling Game Co to approach players and partners as a multi-product company.
